Minor changes were made to the text of the book after the first and second printings, as a result of feedback from readers. In most cases, the change corrects a typographical error. In the others, the change reflects an improvement in the presentation.
For the convenience of those who have copies of the book produced in the first or second printing, we have provided two lists of changes: a list of changes made after the first, after the second, and after the third printing.
